Circle K partners with LeaderShape

Students learn team-building and leadership skills at the LeaderShape Institute. Circle K is partnering with LeaderShape to take the hands-on learning experience to Indiana in May 2006. LeaderShape is an institute located in Illinois that offers six-day leadership conferences to teach college students to lead with integrity.

The Kiwanis International Foundation awarded a US$25,000 grant to help fund the conference, and Circle K International also pitched in $10,000. The grants cover conference costs—minus transportation to Indiana—to the following members:

  • The 2005-06 International Board
  • The 2006-07 governors
  • One emerging leader from each district. (The district will choose this member.)

Those interested in attending LeaderShape should contact their Circle K governor and administrator for more information.
