DUES INFORMATION

EXISTING CLUBS:

Each member club of Circle K International must submit district and International dues annually. Clubs should update their membership rosters and generate dues invoices online via the secure Web site. Confidential password and access information is mailed to each Circle K in late August or early September.

Membership Update Center

To update your club's information, click here and log in using the key number and password information that was sent to the school.

If a club has not received its confidential password and access information by mid-September of each year, or has lost the password, click here to request a new password. Please provide the club’s name and key number.

From April 15-September 30 district dues for new members of existing clubs is prorated. International dues remain $25 throughout the year. The check or money order should be made payable to Circle K International. Circle K District Dues vary with each district. A Circle K club is assigned to membership in the district of its Kiwanis sponsor. The list below provides dues information for each district. Clubs in non-districted areas pay no district dues. The postmark date will be used to determine the official date of organization.

NEW CLUBS:

The chartering fee for new Circle K clubs in North America is US$600 and must be paid by the sponsoring Kiwanis club at the time of chartering. For clubs outside of North America, there is a “tiered” structure for new club fees. (click here for details.)    This fee includes membership dues for all members on the original charter, membership pins, cards, handbooks, and certificates. It also includes a club banner, gong, and gavel.

New clubs will pay district and International dues in the second year (see tiered dues list below). All clubs chartered before April 1st will be invoiced for dues the following September/October. All clubs chartered after April 1st will not be invoiced until the following year.

Dues amounts for the 2007-08 year are listed below:
