International Convention

International convention is the biggest event of the CKI year! Traditionally held in mid-June or early July, international convention is a time for members from all over the world to gather and discuss the business of the organization. Members elect the President, Vice President, Trustee-at-Large and all subregion trustees. Members also vote on amendments to the Bylaws of the organization. Of course, it's not all business. International convention is a time to meet members from around the world and exchange ideas, form lasting friendships and make wonderful memories!

Convention Overview

Join hundreds of Circle K members for the biggest event of the year. Attend workshops, complete a large scale service project and make memories that will last a lifetime. Electing officers and voting on amendments to the current bylaws is one of the most important events that take place at CKIx. Participating in caucusing, reading candidate literature, and reviewing proposed amendments are three crucial parts of being an informed delegate

Only dues-paid members of clubs in good standing (having paid for at least 15/10 members), as verified by the Circle K club, are eligible to be convention delegates. If a club member is not able to represent the club, the club may vote to have the current or immediate past lieutenant governor for the division or any other current district officer represent the club's voice to the House of Delegates.

The "Certification of Election Delegates and Alternates to the 2019 Circle K International Convention" is an electronic submission form. Only a club president or club secretary may certify delegates to the convention. Please make sure your club elects its voting delegates at an upcoming meeting. Club delegates should be elected and the delegate certification form submitted on or before May 26, 2019.
