All you need to know to prepare for the ELC
In-person registration includes access to all keynote speaker sessions and educational offerings. Additionally, in-person attendees can enjoy dinner and entertainment at the ELC in SLC Opening Party and the Saturday CKI Social. Attendees who are not part of the 2021 CKI International Council will be granted observational access to the proceedings.
If you’re concerned about travel or large groups — or just can’t attend in person — the Virtual Registration Package is your best option. You will be able to participate in real time with Circle K members who are attending in person. If a program doesn’t fit your schedule, a recording of the event will be available to view at your convenience.
The 2021 CKI International Council meeting will be broadcast live and will be available to view without a registration fee. A recording of the event will be available.

Did you know a club can pay all or a portion of each member’s expenses for the 2021 CKI Education and Leadership Conference from its service account? It qualifies as an acceptable educational expense. Covered expenses can include: Registration fees up to US$225, hotel, airfare or mileage, meals, per diem and other expenses as determined by the club. Clubs may continue to cover any portion of members’ convention expenses from their administrative account.
For the right to enter the event, and for other consideration, the attendee hereby irrevocably permits, authorizes and licenses to Kiwanis International to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, alter, exploit, license, otherwise use and permit others to use attendee’s name, image, likeness and appearance, on a perpetual basis throughout the world and in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to, in and on print publications, electronic, magnetic and optical media, audio and audiovisual works, display, point-of-sale and other advertising and promotional materials, press releases, the internet, and in any other mediums for promotional purposes and any purpose, without further consent or royalty, payment or other compensation to attendee, and without any further consents or consideration.
In-person registration cancellations must be emailed to and must be received by 3 p.m. ET, June 10, 2021. Cancellations will be refunded the amount paid, less a US$50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued two weeks after the event. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the June 10 deadline.
No refunds are available for virtual registration cancellations.
Members residing outside North America who are not approved for a travel visa in time to attend the CKI Education and Leadership Conference will receive a full refund.
This cancellation notice applies to in-person attendee registration only and does not apply to any hotel reservations. Those must be canceled separately.
Anyone who has purchased an in-person or virtual registration and does not attend will NOT receive a refund.
