Featuring Speaker Matt Mattson

Everything changed about how we attract and secure new members for CKI last year. And as we approach a new academic term, it’s tempting to want to “go back to normal.” But of all the things we shouldn’t try to “do like we used to,” MEMBER RECRUITMENT should be at the top of the list. Modern students need you to take a personal, relationship-based, authentic approach to recruitment. And your chapters need you to systemize, modernize, and automate as much of the process as possible. Matt Mattson, long-time CKI partner and co-Founder &  President of The Social Excellence Project (along with several other brands that help college students grow their groups) will deliver a session on “the new normal”  of recruitment for CKI.
