In April, incoming governors and administrators gathered in Indianapolis for the 2026 Governors and Administrators Training Conference (GATC). Attendees came together for a weekend focused on growth, collaboration and leadership development.

The conference featured interactive workshops and meaningful discussions led by 2025-26 CKI President Jonathan Huang and Vice President Neha Pasupuleti. These sessions equipped participants with the tools, strategies and insights they need to confidently lead their districts in the year ahead.

GATC also provided something just as valuable: connection. Governors had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with peers who will walk alongside them throughout their terms.

By bringing together leaders with diverse perspectives and experiences, GATC fosters thoughtful conversations and relationships that help shape the direction of the organization in meaningful ways. As 2026–27 approaches, the year’s governors and administrators left Indianapolis not only prepared, but inspired and ready to lead.
