On March 4, the Battle of the Brick competition begins, giving CKI members the chance to vote for their favorite brick created by the CKI Board of Trustees. The Battle of the Brick is a 2-weeklong fundraising competition in support of our Brick x Brick initiative, partnered with UNICEF USA.
During this fundraiser, CKI trustees compete by decorating fun bricks to secure donations. All proceeds from Battle of the Brick go to support communities in Côte d’Ivoire, which helps build classrooms, train teachers, provide school supplies and build latrines and handwashing stations at schools.
Our goal for the event is to raise US$1,500, and we need your help to get there!
In celebration of CKI’s convention host city, this year’s theme is Dallas. Below you’ll find each brick’s photo and description. Join us for the competition’s kick-off event: Building Futures with Brick x Brick on March 4 at 8pm ET. Participants will learn more about Brick x Brick, its impact, and have the chance to see the bricks live, presented by the trustees who created them. Register here.
Donations and brick voting will close March 20 at 11:59 a.m. ET. The winner will be announced in via CKI’s social media channels.

What makes this brick special? My brick is a bridge, which can be interpreted by anyone as “All roads lead to international convention.” It’s a symbol that we’re all going to have an amazing time, and we’re going to have a ton of shared experiences, just like going to see this bridge firsthand.
Why should people vote for this brick? People should vote for my brick because the road on my brick can symbolize anything. The meaning I want to go with is that Kiwanis, CKI and Key Club all share the same sentiment: to see the children of our world prosper. Essentially, all roads lead to a better future for children in need.

Brick’s Name or Theme: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
What makes this brick special? “America’s Sweethearts” and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, my brick highlights one of the most iconic symbols of Dallas, Texas, U.S. As one of the most recognized NFL cheerleading teams since its inception in the 1960s, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are extremely popular both on the field and online, especially following their recent Netflix show. My brick includes key symbols from the team, such as their stunning boots and iconic blue-and-white pom-poms, as well as the Dallas Cowboys’ official blue star logo.
Why should people vote for this brick? Just like the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, this brick will be imitated but never equaled. I grew up and was raised in Texas for almost all of my life, and my brick not only represents the pride I hold for my home state, but also my excitement for the 2026 Circle K International Convention! Brick’s Name or Theme: Steering You to ICON!
What makes this brick special? My brick features a nationally known animal of the great state of Texas, the Texas longhorn (a steer/cow). I wanted to feature a symbol of livestock and livestock farmers, who are part of the backbone of the agricultural industry of Texas and the U.S. The horns and ears are made from recycled materials, incorporating the mission of the Brick x Brick initiative.
Why should people vote for this brick? I wanted this brick to be playful, colorful and show my expressive artistic style featured in my own artwork. I also wanted to integrate recycled materials and household items in the design to show that anyone can be creative! I hope all my fellow animal lovers vote for this brick!

What makes this brick special? To celebrate the 2026 Circle K International Convention in Dallas, I wanted to create a brick that captured both the spirit of Texas and the energy of a global icon. Brick-eyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” album is a fusion of country music and southern roots with a bold reinvention, just like CKI! The way Brick‑eyoncé reinvented country music mirrors how our members are creating a more sustainable future through their service and philanthropy
Why should people vote for this brick? Brick-eyoncé is a Texas legend, and her “Cowboy Carter” album features pioneers and underrepresented voices within the music industry. My brick celebrates her artistry while tying in our Dallas theme in a fun way that sparks excitement. This design is intentionally dramatic to inspire our CKI members to embrace bold visions for what our service can achieve and shows us that we can be trendsetters too.
