Leadership Development

Circle K International (CKI) provides numerous leadership opportunities at the club, district and international levels. Members who take on leadership positions strengthen their personal skills, determine the future of CKI, and make an even larger positive impact on their world.

Governor and Administrator Training Conference

Each April after district conventions, CKI district governors kick off their terms by visiting Indianapolis, Indiana for training and fellowship. This three-day conference includes orientation to the role, strategy planning sessions, and time to connect with fellow CKI student-leaders.

Next Up

Emerging leaders in CKI have the opportunity to grow and learn in this special leadership course. During International Convention every year, nominated CKI members have an extra night in the host city paid for by CKI and attend extra sessions specifically tailored for a new leader. Interested?
