In 3-5 sentences, tell us about yourself.

Having been involved in Kiwanis since freshman year of high school, I have found a home within the organization through my participation in the New Jersey District of Key Club and the Capital District of Circle K International. In my free time, I serve as a resident advisor and work as an indoor rock climbing instructor. Along with participating as an active member of my home CKI club, I am a member of my university’s club cross country/track and club boxing teams. Other than that, I enjoy traveling, baking, reading and spending time in the great outdoors!

What are you most looking forward to about your year as governor?

I look forward to helping strengthen pride for the Capital District and helping members feel more involved at the district level. I hope to strengthen our family in the Capital District by connecting clubs and divisions. I am also looking forward to working with inspiring young leaders from around the world to make a difference in my community and beyond.

Favorite CKI memory

My favorite CKI memory was attending our district’s Fall Membership Rally. I got to participate in fellowship activities connecting me with members across the district, get inspired by leadership workshops and help the community through inhouse service projects. It was my first time really feeling like a connected member of the Capital District CKI family.

Favorite service project

My favorite service project in CKI was leading kids activities during a “Night at the Museum” overnight at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History. It was a fun and truly unique experience.
