In 3-5 sentence, tell us about yourself.
I’m originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and moved to Alabama to pursue higher education. I am getting my master’s degree in accounting. I love dogs but can’t adopt one due to my demanding schedule, so I foster them instead! I’m a campaigner by nature. I love motivating others and pushing them to achieve their best. I like to think of myself as having a Type C personality: I’m goal driven and motivated but also have a relaxed and laid-back demeanor.
What are you most looking forward to about your year as governor?
Helping the district grow by revamping the membership materials we provide to our clubs. I’m also looking forward to working with the amazing club officers all over the district. I want to be able to travel to clubs and personally help them with recruitment initiatives.
